Rockford Horrors October Terrors In, On, and Near Rockford Tower October is a countdown to Hallowe'en, so we're going to report on some of the scary creatures lurking in Rockford Park, just across from us beyond the cemetery. I've captured them in prints based on drawings of my sightings, compiled and edited digitally. Ten of these denizens of the Rockford night will appear over the month.
